• Mechanical interlock and hardware included.
• Mechanical interlock activated by the External Disconnect prevents main door of the enclosure from being closed unless the EXD enclosure is first closed.
• Mechanical interlock activated by master door prevents slave doors from being opened first. Doors can be closed in any order.
• Provision for 200 amp disconnect or less (Ref. D1 Cutout) - for use with Allen Bradley, Square D and Eaton (FHS) models only

Designed for use with enclosures that require additional protection against Arc Flash. This enclosure can be used with an environmentally rated enclosure to isolate the main power supply. Increasing personal protection by preventing incidental contact or exposure to the high voltage arc flash and shock hazard, and potentially reducing the PPE level for the lower risk components of the main enclosure. The External Disconnect Enclosure can be incorporated into a new system. Aids in achieving compliance with NFPA 70E by concealing main power supply.
