Free Parcel Ground Shipping
All parcel items ship FOB Shipping Point to the customer’s specified business delivery address in the Continental United States using local routing. Insurance fees may be added for high value shipments. Any extra charges incurred or requested including but not limited to customer specified routing, use of customer’s carrier, special handling such as lift gate, remote location, limited access, signature requirement, invalid shipping address, refusal, or other special carrier instructions must be paid by the customer prior to shipping. In addition, customer responsible for charges for any services requested upon delivery.
Free ground shipping applies shipments eligible for parcel delivery in the Continental United States. Parcel shipments are shipments that may be less than 115 pounds, are not on a palette, and do not require special handling. Freight shipments are not included and require additional charges.
Any purchase over 115 pounds or deemed as a freight shipment to protect the integrity of the equipment will be shipped prepay and add, and customer will be notified and responsible for charges prior to complete order placement and shipping.
Freight Shipping
All orders weighing 115 pounds or more, deemed as freight, on a palette, require special handling, or as requested by the customer that are shipping to a commercial location within the Continental United States will ship freight. Additional services including lift gate, remote access, inside delivery, appointment confirmation, residential, or re delivery are not included and are the responsibility of the customer prior to shipping. Customer is also responsible for any services occurred during and after delivery as requested and will be contacted for payment.
If freight shipping is required to a residential location, please contact Wistex at 1-800-726-7307 as there may be other shipping options available. If residential freight is required, a flat fee residential freight charge may apply.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers.
Checkout by clicking the “International Checkout” button or at checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you click the button or select your country and attempt to checkout, you will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service. Please note that currently we are unable to allow any international returns, so please be sure you are ordering what you need as the order is non-returnable.
